A Day to Remember: Standing Tall in Prowers County

Hey there, folks!

I’m riding high on an absolutely TERRIFIC day, and I’ve got a tale that’s just too good to keep to myself. Picture this: a sunny afternoon in Prowers County, the air filled with anticipation, and the local Republican Party has thrown open its doors for a Meet & Greet. Candidates from across the spectrum were invited, yours truly included. But guess who wasn’t thrilled to see me? Lauren Boebert. Yep, you read that right.

The look on Lauren Boebert’s face as I stepped in was, without a speck of exaggeration, priceless. It was as if reality took a sharp turn, and she realized the campaign trail this year was about to get a whole lot bumpier with me on it. Why the long face, you might wonder? Simple. I’m her wildcard, the unexpected element at an event swarming with Republicans.

Now, let’s get one thing straight—I wasn’t there to crash the party. No, sir. I was there for a reason far more important: to engage directly with voters, to talk about the real issues that matter to us here in Colorado. And let me tell you, the response was nothing short of spectacular. The picture I’ve attached? It speaks volumes. It wasn’t just a photograph; it was a statement. A statement that said, “Here stands a Democrat unafraid to step across the aisle.”

In that room, amid the sea of Republican voters, it was crystal clear—I was the only Democrat bold enough to show up. And why? Because challenging the status quo, pushing for progress, and fighting for our values shouldn’t be confined to friendly territory. It’s about reaching out, breaking down barriers, and making sure every voice is heard.

Lauren Boebert might have thought she had this election in the bag. But the moment I walked through those doors, reality hit her like a freight train. This isn’t going to be the cakewalk she expected. It’s going to be a battle, one that we’re more than ready for.

With our incredible team and the unwavering support from all of you, we’re setting the stage for what could very well be the upset of the year. We’re going to make it impossible for Lauren Boebert to secure a win this year. But to do that, we need to keep up the momentum, keep the conversations going, and ensure that every vote is fought for and earned.

So, to everyone who believes in a brighter future for Colorado, who believes in the power of democracy and the importance of every single vote—let’s do this. Together, we can turn the tide, make waves, and show that in the face of adversity, we stand united, strong, and unstoppable.

Remember, folks, it’s not just about making a statement. It’s about making history.

Till next time, keep pushing forward.
