This commitment starts with expanding programs that support the families of veterans, providing comprehensive care for those dealing with the physical and psychological aftermath of their service, and ensuring the Veterans Affairs (VA) system is fully funded and capable of delivering top-notch medical care.

- Expanding the VA Caregivers Program to offer vital support to spouses and children who bear the emotional and financial burdens of their loved one's sacrifices.
- Comprehensive Care Initiatives for veterans grappling with amputations, loss of eyesight, PTSD, and traumatic brain injuries, alongside robust efforts to combat the tragedy of veteran suicides.
